Welcome to Elysium Cabin Transilvania (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website and booking services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

– By accessing our website and booking accommodations, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
– Elysium Cabin Transilvania reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “last updated” date.

2. Booking and Payments

– Booking Requirements: A minimum stay of two nights is required for all reservations.
– The maximum capacity is 6 people.
– Rates: Nightly rates are 1450 lei during the week and 1700 lei on weekends. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
– Payment Terms: A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of payment. Payment instructions will be provided once your booking request is accepted.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

– Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date are not eligible for a refund.
– Changes to Reservations: Requests to modify booking dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Guest Responsibilities

– Check-in and Check-out: Guests are required to check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur additional charges.
– Damage and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Elysium Cabin reserves the right to charge for any repairs or replacements needed as a result of guest actions.
– Conduct: Guests are expected to respect the property, other guests, and the natural environment. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or violations of local laws may result in immediate eviction without a refund.

5. Use of Facilities

– Amenities: Guests have access to all on-site amenities, including the heated pool and sauna. Use of these facilities is at the guest’s own risk, and we are not liable for injuries resulting from misuse.
– Maintenance: In the event of necessary repairs or maintenance, we reserve the right to limit or restrict the use of facilities temporarily.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

– By making a booking, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell, rent, or trade your information with third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

– Elysium Cabin Transilvania is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during your stay, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. We recommend guests purchase travel insurance for their protection.

8. Governing Law

– These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Cluj County, Romania.
